CPUFriend is a Lilu plugin that allows customization of CPU frequency and voltage data for power management on Hackintosh systems.

Installation

1. Install Lilu first
2. Generate CPUFriendData using the CPUFriendFriend tool
3. Copy CPUFriend.kext to EFI/OC/Kexts/
4. Place the generated data in your config

FAQ

Do I need CPUFriend?

Only if you want to customize CPU power management. Most builds work fine without it.
